These biscuits are tasty and work well for potlucks.
The recipe attempts to replicate Red Lobster's cheddar bay biscuits. I couldn't say if they taste the same, but they are pretty freakin good. Be aware if you eat too many, you will feel gross. Especially for potlucks, I make these biscuits small so I can get 24 out of a batch
